Hello! It's been a few days since I've had time to write. I'm happy to be back though.
I'll say, I do HATE running. I hate the feeling, I hate how it makes my legs feel and I got big melons so that's not pleasing either. I remembered though before I had my daughter I had gotten in pretty good shape by running. It helped me drop weight as a teen and look awesome. So I'd like to do the same thing again.
The next thing I'm doing tomorrow is going back to the Swiss Chocolate. That 25 stuff is not for me. I didn't have the same energy nor the same weight loss effects...actually I think I gained weight on it. Talk about going backwards. Next time, I'll stick to what's working and not start experimenting...especially so early on.
So here's to success and getting back on the swiss!
Hi Young Working Mom,
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the blog. I started this healthy lifestyle journey a few months ago and have wanted to try meal replacement, but didn't know which way to go. I've heard, that some product reviews are paid, so you can never tell. I have leaned toward the Lean shakes for a while and have read the reviews, but your blog is what made me take the next step. I must admit that I just started Monday, but the swiss chocolate is good and filling. And since I have a portion control problem, that's what I need right now. Thanks again for a real blog from a real person. Keep up the good work.
Hi Anon,
DeleteHey, thanks for stopping by! Congrats on starting your health journey. They're not an easy feat, so kudos to you. Some product reviews are definitely paid. There's websites out there you can join and get paid to do reviews on. No money making here. My initial thought was I should keep a blog about how this shake is working for me, maybe it'll keep me motivated to keep going if other people are watching. Portion control was never really an issue for me as much as getting the right balance of nutrition in such a busy life style. The shake gives me just the right amount of calories and nutrition so I don't make a bad decisions in a hurry. Peace of mind and weight loss a plus. Good luck to you as well!
