SHAKE RECIPES

If you're going to drink the shake everyday, you're going to want a few recipes to use to make the shake go that extra mile when needed. I don't suggest (except the Moka Choka latte) that you have it EVERY day, unless working out or need that extra boost.

All recipes high in protein. If you're allergic to milk, I suggest Coconut milk over soy milk.

As always, I suggest you use a blender for all GNC total lean shakes. Otherwise, the texture can be unpleasant and you won't gain the full potential of the taste.

Here's a few of my favorite recipes to use that I've created using total lean, alter as wanted.
Enjoy:

Moka Choka Latte:

2 scoops of swiss chocolate GNC total shake
1.5 cups of skim milk
coffee to taste. (1/2 cup or so - don't dowse the shake too much)
handful of ice.

Blend on smoothie.

pour into tall glass. Makes about 16oz. of finished shake.

Hopped up Monkey:

1 small banana
2 scoops of swiss chocolate GNC total lean shake
1 cup of skim milk
coffee to taste
handful of ice
1-2 scoops of PB, Almond butter, or hazelnut butter (your pref. I'm allergic to PB)

Blend on smoothie
serve in tall glass
16oz finished shake.

(GREAT post-work out shake!)

Yo-go somewhere:

1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

2 scoops of "S.C.GNC")
1 cup of skim milk
Diced up strawberries (frozen)
1 scoop of Hazelnut butter.
No ice needed if using frozen strawberries

16+ ozs of shake. Share w/ a friend.
